Showroom: HW Silver Series 'Datsun 240Z Custom'

Between the Hot Wheels mainline cars, and their Premium offerings, collectors can find some hidden gems in the far less discussed Silver Series. Here, Hot Wheels develops and produces several outside the box lines like the 'Ultra Hots' series of the 'Hot Ones.' Now, the Fast & Furious franchise makes an appearnce here with a five car set. Notes:
As a mid-level Hot Wheels model that costs double what a mainline car costs, I'm not overly impressed at what's being offered here. The 240Z is a classic Japanese sports car that Hot Wheels has a decent mould for but aside from some wheels that sport see-through rims, I'm not sure what I'm paying for. 

The car itself maintains a plastic chassis and the usual diecast body. But there's nothing else here to indicate a semi-premium price tag. The paint even has a few disappointing blemishes and while the car does have some nice headlights and taillights, there are still areas the could be easily enhanced with some very simple printing. The car itself is ok, but I'd be hesitant pick this one up if I wasn't a F&F diehard.
