When it became clear that Fedex would no longer be Denny Hamlin's main sponsor in Nascar for the 2025 season, it left a void for new partners to take up coveted marketing slots on the JGR No. 11 Camry. Among other new Nascar partners, ampm, a west coast convenience store chain committed to be the primary sponsor of Denny four two west coast races during the 2025 season. The purple and black ampm Toyota raced at both Sonoma in July, and Las Vegas in October. For a closer look at the ampm Camry, read on...

Ty Gibbs continues to find his way in the Cup series in 2025. While he's still searching for that first win, there have still be some moments of growth for the young company man. Back in July, Gibbs was able to persevere through the chaotic and interesting in-season challenge. He succeeded by finishing in front of the other finalist, Ty Dillon at Indy. SAIA has joined on as a big JGR partner this year, and the red and white Camry has been at many races. For a closer look at Ty's 2025 SAIA Toyota Camry, read on...

When Tony Stewart and Gene Haas confirmed that their joint venture, Stewart Haas Racing would cease to exist after the 2024 season, it left each of their four Cup drivers wondering what could be next. With the retirement of Martin Truex Jr., a new opportunity at a top team was enough to recruit Chase Briscoe to JGR for the 2025 season. With one win so far, the No. 19 team has made a bid to compete for a championship. For a closer look at Chase Briscoe's  2025 JGR Camry, read on...

Tony Stewart made history in 1999. As a rookie in the Cup series, no driver had ever won three races. To this day, just Stewart, and Jimmy Johnson (2002) can claim such a feat. This little model, which was made by Hasbro under the Winner's Circle brand in 2000, features Stewart's '99 Pontiac Grand Prix complete with rookie stripes. The Home Depot would sponsor Stewart for another 15 years and the orange and white number 20 is now Nascar lore. For a closer look, read on...

Bobby Labonte's 1996 Winston Cup season was a good one. The season can be reflected on by noting consistently strong performances and Labonte scoring his 4th of an eventual 21 career wins in the top level of Nascar. The team, led by crew chief Jimmie Makar, would finish the season 11th in the points right behind Ernie Irvan, and they were able to finish 27 of the 31 races. JGR and Labonte both were showing promise as up-and-comers. Interstate batteries offered a full season of sponsorship. This would also be the last time a Chevy would race for the Joe Gibbs Camp because in 1997, they'd switch to Pontiac. But Interstate Batteries and Labonte were just getting started. On a day trip to Charlotte in the spring of 2025, I stopped into the JRG Race shop. I hadn't visited JGR since 2020 and it was interesting to look around. Although the JGR shop is one of my least favorites, they do have a nice little fan shop. While they didn't have many diecast cars in stock, the only 1/64 available was this Denny Hamlin 2024 Toyota Owners 400 Richmond win replica. For a closer look, read on...

By 2013, Denny Hamlin had established himself as an all-time great. He entered the season with 22 cup wins, good enough to be in the top-40. But 2013, aside from a spare win at Homestead, would be impacted by back injury suffered early on at the spring race in Fontana. Denny scored 753 points that season, and he did so with almost a full season sponsor, Fedex. For a closer look at his 2013 Fedex Express Toyota, Read on..
