Gold Line: Josh Berry '24 Miner' Ford Mustang

Josh Berry's rise in Nascar has been both unique, and exciting. 2024 was Berry's first full season in the Cup series. He was hired by the now defunct Stewart Haas Racing, (reformed as Haas Factory Team) to pilot the SHR number 4, Dark Horse Ford Mustang. His rookie campaign would be marred with many issues. He was only able to complete 26 of the 36 races. This Miner Mustang however, represents one of his better days, for a closer look, read on.

Berry had Miner (Docks, Doors, and More) on the car for two races in 2024. While the first outing was a disappointing 36th place finish as a result of a crash on lap 136 at Texas, his second race representing the brand was a season best 3rd place finish at New Hampshire. The 1/64 model below represents both a season hit, and a season low for the 2024 rookie.

Notes:
This 1/64 scale model race car is situated on Lionel Racing's 1/64 EL 2024 Mustang casting. The car is well made and will likely earn a '9' on the detailed review rating scale. It is both a great looking livery on a well build model. The car is nicely made, it has good paint and printing details and minimal production issues. That car also has an enhanced significance as a Josh Berry rookie car.
